PROJECT PURPOSE: to supply the user with an autonomous Work Class ROV platform
The vehicle together with the control system transferable between vessels, preferably in a container.
Customized operator’s compartment based on a plan different from the one offered
by the equipment manufacturer.
The expected contract price lower than the one offered by the equipment manufacturer.
As a consequence, Envia had to design and build the whole solution for the vehicle control system (a design of the container with the operator’s compartment, a compartment for the winch with the umbilical cable, and a garage for the vehicle), so as to fill the order without exceeding the customer’s budget.
Delivery of the vehicle within 6 months from the contract execution date.
